I started mediating many years ago when my life was in ruins. Each night with only my thoughts, I would have huge panic attacks and I could see no way out.
I started to meditate simply because I read that it could help me to manage my emotional state. I decided my only want out of my situation was to think my way out of the hole I was in.
So…did it work? Words cannot describe the gift of mediation, life coaching and the therapeutic techniques that helped me turn my life around. It changed my life and my thinking beyond recognition and once you have learnt these techniques – just meditation alone can enable you to manage your mind to master your life – which is priceless.

Whilst many people turn to conventional medicine to alleviate their mental or physical ailments and challenges; my ethos is to find and eliminate the root cause, which 9 times out of 10 begins with a belief, thought or experience that manifests as illness and decease.
When we manage the things that cause habits, stress, compulsions we can reverse the symptoms too. My aim for my clients is to help them find long term resolutions – enabling them to be free from therapy or conventional treatments and free to live a happy and fulfilled life – whatever their circumstances.
