Pinterest Release their 2024 Trends Report

Social media photo sharing platform, Pinterest has released it’s annual report that looks at what is and will be trending in the coming months. And guess what is trending, especially for anyone looking to relax and take some time out from their busy lives? Travel trends and ASMR are subjects that both feature prominently.

“This year, people will plan trips that take it extra slow—and help them to catch up on some solid shuteye. Gen Z and Millennials will retreat to laid-back locales that offer the opposite of a jam-packed itinerary”.

For people who need to sleep while travelling, the report states that an upward trend of 165% will seek out Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response or ASMR to sleep, furthermore their primary objective for getting away will be to unplug from the busy world we live in.
